The Solo Exhibition by the Tuscan Artist Marco Cipolli is going to be opened on next June 2nd, at the Contemporary Art Gallery iSculpture based in San Gimignano. “Ov-Action”, this is the title of the exhibition, comes to its second edition, after the one just closed with great success at the Museum of San Casciano Val di Pesa.
The exhibition represents the main event organized by the Center for the Arts San Gimignano1300 to celebrate the “Day of the Italian Republic”, honoring an Italian artist who in his 30 year career has contributed to export abroad a positive image of our country. The works, all made on ceramic supports with ovoid shape, highlight once again the remarkable versatility of an Artist who offers his unique style to the most diverse materials, a quality proper of those who see the world with wonder.
Marco Cipolli says that “at my 55 years should be the pleasure of doing, the aesthetic sense and intuition of the moment to win”; in this sense his creations come to life, giving priority, with irony, to a beauty inherent in sinuous shapes and in the joyfulness of colors. This is the way the art enriches itself with aesthetic, once again inspired and made undeniable by the geometries and shapes proper of the natural world.
The exhibition will be open everyday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. until the 16th of june.
